The appointment guarantee
Simple: you show up, and the homeowner shows up. That's it.
Every appointment is confirmed with the homeowner by text and by voice before it goes on your calendar. You're not getting a name and a phone number — you're getting a confirmed meeting.
That's on us. We'll work to get the homeowner rescheduled. If we can't reach them or get them back on your calendar within 7 days, we'll replace the appointment with another qualified homeowner at no additional charge.
Pricing & billing
Two reasons. First, we need a payment method on file to get started — so we're collecting it anyway. Second, and honestly, it's a filter. In our experience, contractors who aren't willing to invest $179 upfront tend not to be serious about growing their business. The setup fee tells us you're ready to commit. If you're not sure this will work for you, this probably isn't the right fit.
Your card is charged when the homeowner schedules the appointment. If the appointment gets rescheduled, delayed, or canceled, we handle it as described above — we'll get it back on your calendar or replace it. You're never paying for an appointment that doesn't happen.
Yes — the minimum is 15 appointments per month. That's the volume needed to make the system work properly and give you a meaningful return.
You can pause or stop at any time — we understand vacations and schedule changes happen. That said, starting and stopping ad campaigns has real costs, so if pausing becomes a pattern, we may need to find a better fit for that spot. Most contractors find the opposite is true: once they see what the system produces, they want to scale up, not slow down.
How it works
We run ads on Facebook, Google, and other platforms. We write all the ads, and we pay for all the ad spend. You don't touch any of it — that's entirely our side of the equation.
Absolutely. During our initial call, you'll tell us exactly what you want — job types, minimum project size, anything you'd prefer to avoid. We build your campaign around those preferences, and you can update them any time.
We qualify homeowners on budget, location, and timeframe both when they respond to the ad and again during the appointment confirmation process. Our goal is that every appointment that lands on your calendar is one worth showing up to.
If you use an electronic calendar — Google Calendar, for example — we can add appointments directly. If not, we'll send you a text and email with every appointment detail as soon as it's scheduled. Either way, you'll always know exactly what's coming.
Fit & exclusivity
No. We work with one contractor per trade per area. Every appointment we generate for you is exclusive to you — we don't resell it to anyone else.
Right now we work with contractors in garage door replacement, kitchen cabinet refacing, kitchen remodels, outdoor kitchens and living spaces, and deck building. If you're in a different trade, reach out — we're happy to have a conversation, though pricing may vary.
Most contractors see their first appointment within 72 hours of launching.
Two situations where we're not the right fit. The first is when the service area is too small — if you're only willing to work within a very limited geography, there may not be enough volume to make it worthwhile. We'll tell you upfront if that's the case. The second is when closing is a challenge. We can put you in front of qualified homeowners who are ready to make a decision, but we can't close the job for you. If converting prospects into signed work is a struggle, this system will surface that problem rather than solve it.
